The property has had very little development since it was built. There are no shops or restaurants within the entire estate. Officially, none of the properties are available for weekend rental because non residents and non-invited guests are not allowed access. But unofficially, a few agents in Hong Kong do have properties for weekend rentals. The Club House has been in a state of disuse for years. Only LPG is available from Cheung Chau.
