Chiang Rai International Airport is located in Chiang Rai in the north of Thailand. It has the IATA Airport Code CEI.


The airport is located about 8 kilometers from the city center. Since 1998 it is managed by the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT).


The airport has over 500,000 passengers, 3,900 flights and 2,700 tons of cargo a year.
