Inauguration of Karnataka Telemedicine Project (761 words)
The Karnataka Telemedicine Project was inaugurated earlier this month by Shri S M Krishna, Chief Minister of Karnataka at a function organised at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Hosur Road, Bangalore.

It's one thing for the Karnataka chief minister to release, or not to release Cauvery waters for Tamil Nadu, but it is another thing for him, not to attend official meetings convened by the prime minister, for which other chief ministers too have ear-marked time.
