The Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members of Foreign Governments is a weekly directory published by the CIA that lists four types of state officials: the head of state, the chief of the local central bank, the UN and American ambassadors from the country listed, and numerous officials who hold positions related to various policy areas.

As of 11 September 2003 the CIA's Chiefs of State and CabinetMembers of ForeignGovernments had not been updated to reflect the new appointments.
Nor does the Cabinet have a ministry of religious affairs, in deference to the sectarian tensions that are part of the legacy of the Saddam Hussein era.
