ChinaXinhuaAirlines was founded in Aug. 1992, with the headquarter established in Beijing, Its operating bases were set in Capital international airport and Tianjin Binhai International airport, mainly dealing with domestic passenger and freight transportation.
In Feb. 2001, it was reassembled by Shenhua group and HNA group and became a chief enterprise in HNA air transportation group.
Before being reassembled, Xinhuaairlines has set up an almost complete system of flight transportation, maintenance, marketing, air and land service, control and safety management and obtained good performance, keep a record of no accident for 8 years.
