CHITA is a membership-driven alliance of healthcare and technology organizations in the Pacific Northwest which advocates marketplace activities and provides leadership that will help expand and enhance the use of electronic commerce in the healthcare industry.
CHITA promotes and enhances electronic commerce and health information access in a number of ways, including consensus building through public education and outreach, standards development (e.g., eligibility messaging), and the creation or support of significant demonstration projects.
