Chris Young (born 1985 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee) is an American singer and songwriter, specializing in neotraditional country music.
Chris co-produced two full-length CDs and a Christmas album, wrote or co-wrote most of the songs on them, financed them himself, and marketed them from the trunk of his car while driving all over the country.
Young has made stops along the way to perform at Fort Sill and Fort Bliss to play for American troops, and he played fundraisers for the McMinnville Senior Center in Tennessee and Creative Community Living in Kansas to raise extra money for programs at both.
