Christian Biblical Council was a splinter group of The Way International led by Vince Finnigan. It split from The Way International due to differences between The Way's leadership and the leadership of the New York Limb. The Christian Biblical Council works a lot with John McCave's "Christian Outreach Fellowship" who was a part of the New York Limb. All are independently incorporated in New York State. The Christian Biblical Council changed its name to Living Hope during at the end of Family Camp 2005. The Way International is a religious organization founded by Victor Paul Wierwille. ...
