Malford’s forwards clearly had the advantage of pace at this stage and after 12 minutes went 2-0 in front when Aaron Merryweather appeared to beat Foresters offside trap and played a nice ball to Richard Bruce who after beating a defender gave Aaron an easy chance to slot the ball home.
Malford still were lively on the break missing two good chances before Foresters increasing pressure began to tell.
Although the Malford keeper was forced into one double save the better chances fell to Malford at the other end as Foresters pressed forward and were caught on the break.
