The Chu'unthor was lost when Yoda and several other Masters took it on a voyage to the small planet Dathomir. The force witches on the planet pulled the ship down through the atmosphere. Luckily, the Jedi on board were able to escape using the onboard evac-ships after Yoda convinced the natives of the planet to allow them to leave. In exchange Yoda left the data tapes of the ship in the care of a native and told her that eventually a young man would have need of the tapes.
