As part of his position, Todd also co-hosted, with John Mercurio, the webcast series Hotline TV, consisting of a daily show lasting between 3 and 7 minutes and a weekly show ranging between 20 and 30 minutes. Todd is a frequent guest on political discussion shows, including Hardball with Chris Matthews. He is also a Professor of Political Communications courses at Johns Hopkins University. Todd is a Miami native.[2] Hardball with Chris Matthews is a talk show on MSNBC hosted by Chris Matthews. ...


In the run-up to the 2006 mid-term elections, Todd predicted "I think if Democrats get control of Congress, President Bush's approval rating will be over 50 percent by the Fourth of July next year."[3] As of July 4, 2007 President Bush's approval rating was 29%.
