The Church has over 600,000 members in 15 Dioceses. (Botswana, Central Zambia, Central Zimbabwe, Eastern Zambia, Harare, Lake Malawi, Luapula, Lusaka, Manicaland, Masvingo, Matabeleland, Northern Malawi, Northern Zambia, Southern Malawi, Southern Malawi - Upper Shire) with 250 congregations and about 400 priests. The Primate of the Church is the Archbishop of Central Africa, an office currently held by the Bishop of Upper Shire.


The Church of the Province of Central Africa does not ordain women.
