Cindy Ann Herron (born September 26, 1965 in San Francisco, California) is a singer and one of the original members of the R&B group En Vogue. Herron is the 1986 Miss San Francisco and placed 2nd-Runner Up in the 1986 Miss California Pageant, an official Miss America Preliminary; she is also a former Miss Black California.[1] She is also known as Cindy Herron-Braggs.
