The college has two main sites: the Goschen Centre in Keyham and the Kings Road Centre in Devonport, both residing in Plymouth, Devon. The Kings Road Centre is built on the site of the former Devonport Kings Road railway station. It is also a partner college of the University of Plymouth. The college obtains approximately 27,500 enrolments every academic year, around 3,000 of which are full time and the rest being part time. The college's award-winning library contains several books for students to aid their studies.
