Clay Serby was born and raised on the family farm near Theodore, which he now owns and operates with his brother. He has a background in social work which prepared him for his term as Executive Director of SIGN, a non-profit human service agency in Yorkton. Also, Clay served as a Yorkton city alderman working on the Economic Development and Community Planning Committees.
