Cleon II is a fictional character from Isaac Asimov's Foundation Series. He is the last strong monarch of the Galactic Empire, and reigned during the time when Bel Riose, the last great Imperial general, was engaging in a successful campaign against the early Foundation. Cleon III: In the dynastic crisis caused by the death of Martin II without direct issue, Cleon Zhunastu, great-great-great-grandson of CleonII by direct first issue, appeared to be the most legitimate claimant to the throne.
Cleon IV: Generally believed to be responsible for the murder of Empress Nicholle and her immediate family, Cleon IV was a distant relation in the Zhunastu Dynasty and based his claims to legitimacy on that.
