Cleopatra VI Tryphaena (Greek: Κλεοπάτρα Τρύφαινα) was the daughter of Ptolemy XII Auletes and (probably) Cleopatra V. She was born in early 140 or 141 BC and married Antiochus VIII Grypus, king of Syria, in 124 BC.
