Cloetta Center is an arena in Linköping, Sweden. It opened in 2004 and holds 8,500 people during sport events and 11,500 during concerts. On its opening it became the new home ice for the ice hockey team Linköpings HC, replacing Stångebro Ishall. In 2005 Cloetta Center hosted a semi-final of Melodifestivalen. The name of the arena, which comes from candy manufacturer Cloetta Fazer who acquired the naming rights, holds a double meaning in that "Center" is also the name of one of the company's main brands.[1] Image File history File links Size of this preview: 800 à 326 pixelsFull resolution (1164 à 474 pixel, file size: 102 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg) Cloetta center, Linköping, Ãstergötland, Sverige Datum / Date: July 2, 2005 Fotograf / Photographer: Thuresson File history Legend: (cur) = this is the current file, (del) = delete...
