CobraTrap is the title of a short story collection by Peter O'Donnell featuring his secret agent heroine Modesty Blaise.
"CobraTrap", the title piece of the collection, is (among fans) the most controversial Modesty Blaise story ever published, in that it profiles the final mission of Modesty and her partner, Willie Garvin.
CobraTrap is considered one of the rarest of the Modesty Blaise book series as it is the only one that was not initially made available in paperback and the hardcover editions are currently (2006) out of print and considered collectables.
Under current COBRA regulations, qualified beneficiaries involved in a layoff are entitled to a maximum of 18 months of continuation coverage, unless the qualified beneficiary becomes disabled or experiences a second qualifying event.
This COBRA period, for purposes of the qualified beneficiary, begins on the later of the qualifying event date or the loss of coverage.
Carriers will accept COBRA participants within the statutesÂ’ timeframes, but if an employer artificially extends those timeframes by delaying the loss of coverage, the insurer is under no obligation to clean up the employerÂ’s mistake.
