Colin Kennedy Donovan is a (dis)abled queer, transgender, and genderqueer identified anti-racist educator, activist, performer, and writer. S/he is the creator of the radical Queer (dis)ability zine, Fuck Pity. In 2000 s/he cofounded RESYST Seattle with Qwo-Li Driskill. Hir work has been published in several publications including Revolutionary Voices, Turning the Tide: Journal of Anti-Racist Action, and XCP: Streetnotes. Donovan is also a practitioner of Augusto Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed work. The word queer has traditionally meant strange or unusual. ...
