Colleen L. Fraser (???? - September 11, 2001) lived in New Jersey where she started work in United States


Fraser died at 51 in the crash of United Airlines flight 93 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack. She was heading to a seminar on grant writing to assist her in her position with PCIL. Fraser had a lifelong fear of flying.


She is survived by her sister, Christine.
