Collegeville is a census-designated place located in Jasper County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 865.

Demographics As of the census2 of 2000, there are 865 people, 84 households, and 68 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 258.9/km² (670.5/mi²). There are 90 housing units at an average density of 26.9/km² (69.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.29% White, 4.16% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.35% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.92% from other races, and 1.27% from two or more races. 4.62% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 84 households out of which 31.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.6% are married couples living together, 6.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 19.0% are non-families. 16.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 10.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.51 and the average family size is 2.76.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 5.0% under the age of 18, 76.4% from 18 to 24, 6.4% from 25 to 44, 8.1% from 45 to 64, and 4.2% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 21 years. For every 100 females there are 110.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 110.8 males.
