(Tagged November 2005) Combat Records is an independent record label out of Los Angeles, which was home to some punk rock and heavy metal acts including Circle Jerks, Nuclear Assault and Exodus. The label signed thrash metal band Megadeth to a contract in November 1984, who released their first album in 1985, entitled Killing Is My Business...And Business Is Good!. Capitol Records signed Megadeth in 1985, obtaining the rights to Megadeth's second album, Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?, from Combat. The Combat logo appeared on the back of every Megadeth album on Capitol up through Countdown To Extinction.
