The Confederation of Christian Trade Unions is a national trade union federation in Belgium. It was founded in 1904, and after several changes took its current name in 1923. The ACV/CSV has 22 regional federation and 16 sectoral unions, with a membership of 1.5 million. The World Confederation of Labour was founded in 1920 under the name of the International Federation of Christian Trade Unions as a confederation of unions associated with the Christian Democratic parties of Europe. ...
