Constructive Criticism is aimed at being a method of being critical of someones methods in such a way as to disarm the one recieving the criticism. In essence it is an invalid concept,and it is dishonest. The true purpose of constructive criticism is to get the one being criticized to accept the judgement of others willingly. Constructive criticism is by those in power to bring to heel those they believe they have some control over. From the other direction the collective tries to soften their attempt to bring the one in charge down a peg or two.

In no meeting where you are the reciever of the constructive criticism does it come out in your favor. There is never much discussion on the constructive, that is only a brife formality to lay the bridge to the criticism.
