This required descending southwest towards runway 22L, followed by a final low altitude circling maneuver to land on runway 29 to the west. The aircraft landed westbound on taxiway Z, at 1831 EDT; sunset was at approximately 1800 EDT. An FAA inspector reported the touchdown spot was near the intersection of taxiway R.
