Cool and Dre (born in Miami, Florida) are a team of hip hop producers, consisting of Marcello Valenzano and Andre Lyon from the North Miami area. They met in high school in chorus. They are best known for producing the hit singles "Hate It or Love It" for the The Game (featuring 50 Cent) and "New York" by Ja Rule (featuring Jadakiss and Fat Joe). Epidemic Records

They have started their own label, called Epidemic Records, which has several distibrution deals in place. First, they inked a deal with Jive Records in 2003 to distribute their first artist "Dirtbag". They later on signed "Tony Sunshine" to the venture in early 2004.
