"Competitive Strategy" is often used in place of "Corporate Strategy" and vice versa.


Essentially, the term “competitive strategy” is how a company decides to compete within a market in response or giving regard to the strategies and positions of their competition in order to gain a considerable sustainable competitive advantage (SCA).
