Story One peaceful morning, Crash was dosing away like usual in his small hut. Coco was in the garage working on some new kart models while Aku Aku was helping Crunch lose weight. Suddenly, a light comes through and grabs their house. Cortex like usual, was creating a plan to defeat those pesky bandicoots, and Tiny wanted to be in it. Tired of that tiger's failures, Cortex asks him to see if Dr. N. Gin required assistance. "Dingodile, pull the switch!" laughs N. Gin maniacally; He was experimenting with the Evolve-O-Ray to see its effects on their new kart. Tiny bursts into the room and the eye-burning light enters. "What did you break now!?" Tiny shrugs and their fortress is grabbed as well. Crash exits out of his shelter and finds himself on another planet. Cortex does as well, thinking that this was the work of the bandicoots. A giant holographic display interrupts and explains that he is Emperor Velo the 27th, ruler of his planet, that he has heard word about their racing skills, and that his people hunger for entertainment. Our hero turns his head and sees Oxide and N. Trance laughing and waving with Zam, Zem, Polar, and Dingodile accompanying them.
