The cubic metre (symbol m³) is the SI derived unit of volume. It is the volume of a cube with edges one metre in length. Older, now unofficial, equivalents were the stere and the kilolitre.
Once a meter is assembled with the correct register for the size of the meter, it cannot over register, but will tend to under register over a period of time.
The size of a deduct meter is determined by the size of the pipe where they are installed on the customer’s property line, and it will register water used in special processes where none of the water will be returned to the sewer system.

55 billion cubicmeters out of the total was consumed in the country and the rest were injected to the oil wells to protect gas reserves, he said.
So far, he added, 80 percent of the projects have been implemented and in light of the projects more than 20 billion cubicmeters of gas, worth more than dlrs two billion, would be replaced by other oil derivatives.
