People

With some exceptions, white people are no longer form the majority and the population has been declining in most cities in Cucamonga Valley - descendants of original suburban settlers have moved out. White folks are vastly outnumbered by the Hispanics. The African American population is steadily growing as well, mainly in Rialto and adjacent areas - many blacks are from the South Los Angeles region. Those of Asian descent are nearly invisible in the region.
