For several years running in the 1980s and 1990s the village was the winner of the Britain's Best Kept Village Competition. Cuddington has two halfs centering around a road that goes from the A418 near Dinton to Chearsly, Long Crendon and then Thame. The Bottom half has traditional country homes, many fields,A shop/newsagent,pub,School,Church and a hairdressers. However the top half facing towards the A418 and Hadenham. This half consists of alotments,a playing field and many homes. In the top half you will find Swanhill, Bernard Close,Welford Way And Dadbrok Close these roads all have homes on them. The playing field and footbal club are situated at the top of Bernard Close And Swannhill. |
