Encyclopedia > Cunard Building

Cunard Building is a building of elegant proportion, sited on the Pier Head at Liverpool. It was constructed between 1914 and 1918.


The design was by Willink and Thicknesse, Arthur Davis acted as a consultant. The design is heavily influenced by Italian palace design, but has additional stylistic features. It is a Grade II* Listed Building.
