DAMAC Heights, or formerly Ocean Heights 2, is an approved supertall skyscraper located in the Dubai Marina of Dubai. It will be the second, taller tower of the Ocean Heights residential complex featuring another supertall, Ocean Heights 1. This tower, however, is set to rise to 460 meters (1,509 feet) and have 90 floors. The original design of the tower called for 105 floors.
