Because DLA Piper did not conduct benchmark studies before eRoom was implemented, it is impossible to know exactly how much time is being saved but a conservative estimate is one hour per eRoom for each of the six attorneys (on average), which translates to 15,000 hours annually.
For these cases, DLA Piper is implementing Sealed eRoom by EMC partner SealedMedia, to extend eRoom security on remote desktops even further.
