DSF produce a range of high alumina bricks, both fired and chemically bonded for use in iron and steel ladles, arc furnace roofs, reheat furnaces, coke ovens and tundish nozzle blocks.
DSF also specialise in the production of tundish nozzle seating blocks, to tight dimensional tolerances in machine pressed chemically bonded 80% alumina, we also produce the mortar to mount the SEN and ramming material to go around the nozzle block.
DSF also specialise in Coke oven door shapes, produced in 40% alumina super duty firebrick material, to extemely tight dimensional tolerances, and with excellent CO resistance.
