Da Bomb was the 2nd album for then-kiddie rappers Kris Kross who hit puberty a year after "Totally Krossed Out." They tried a hardcore/gangsta look to fit with the new style of rap that was in and even with the new look and the style of the use "nigga," fans weren't impressed with their low voices, even with mixed reviews.
