Dale Carter (born November 28, 1969) is an American Football cornerback who has played for the Denver Broncos (1999-2000), Kansas City Chiefs (1992-1998), Minnesota Vikings (2001), New Orleans Saints (2002-2003), and Baltimore Ravens (2003-). In 1992 Carter was chosen as the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year. His career was magnificent in his earlier years, however, around 1998, he was suspended from the NFL for violating the substance abuse policy. The same happened the next year.
