Daniel Chun (born September 4, 1980 in Illinois) is an American writer. He spent most of his youth in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. His parents came to America from Korea, and he is the middle child of three boys. He graduated in 1998 as salutatorian from Stroudsburg High School and went on to attend Harvard University. There, he became a writer for the Harvard Lampoon. Now he writes for The Simpsons, and he currently serves as an executive story editor. He is credited as writer for three episodes, "Marge's Son Poisoning", "Jazzy and the Pussycats." and"G.I. (Annoyed Grunt)" He also has written another episode which has not been yet confirmed.
