Daniel T. Griswold is director of the Cato Institute's Center for Trade Policy Studies as of March 2005. Griswold previously served as a congressional press secretary and a daily newspaper editorial page editor. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a diploma in economics and a master's degree in the Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics.
