Daniel Vacek (born April 1, 1971 in Prague) is a former tennis player from the Czech Republic who turned professional in 1990. He represented his native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was defeated in the second round by Russia's wild card entry Andrei Olhovskiy. The righthander won 25 career titles in doubles, and reached his highest singles ATP-ranking on January 29, 1996, when he became the number 26 of the world.
