Dann Gallucci played guitar, keyboard, and synthesizer in Modest Mouse. He also played guitar for the Murder City Devils. On an early Modest Mouse demo of the song "Vowels," later released as "SWY" on "Sad Sappy Sucker" he played the slide Guitar. He is mentioned in the demo of the song when Isaac Brock finishes singing "A E I O U and sometimes Y" numerous times, he says "A E I O U and slide...slide" and the slide guitar plays a few notes, and then Isaac says "Dann, no one's gonna--" and then is cut off.
