Darrell Thompson (born November 23, 1967 in Rochester, Minnesota) is a retired NFLrunning back. After graduating from John Marshall High School in Rochester, he played college football for the Minnesota Golden Gophers where he became the schools all time leader in career rushing yards. Thompson would go on to be selected 19th overall by the Green Bay Packers in the 1990 NFL Draft.
