Ten electoraldistricts have populations that are smaller than the allowable variance from the quotient and 10 electoraldistricts have populations in excess of the maximum allowable variance from the quotient.
This electoraldistrict includes all of Lanark County (except for the Town of Mississippi Mills), all of Frontenac County (except for the City of Kingston and the Township of Frontenac Islands), and all of the County of Lennox and Addington.
The electoraldistrict of WHITBYOSHAWA is comprised of all of the Town of Whitby and the remainder of the City of Oshawa.
