Bisbal left school because he did not like studying, he preferred music. His parents found him a job working in a greenhouse. But Bisbal was interested in music, and as he was singing at his job place, his talent was soon discovered and he was asked to audition for an orchestra, named Orquesta Expresiones.


Bisbal performed in an orchestra as a singer, leading to his participation in Operación Triunfo. Bisbal was signed up by record company Vale Music, which sent him to Miami to record his first CD album, with Kike Santander, a Colombian and important music producer.
