David Stanley Borrow (born August 2, 1952, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire) is a British politician, and Labour member of Parliament for South Ribble. He was leader of Preston Council before his election to parliament in the 1997 elections. He is openly gay; he came out in 1998 in order to be able to speak honestly during the age of consent campaign and raise issues that are important to all lesbians and gay men.
