David Hodges - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (246 words)
David Hodges departed by claiming he wanted to start a Christian rock band.
Hodges also worked with Kelly Clarkson on her album Breakaway (on the songs "Because of You" and "Addicted"), and he was briefly romantically involved with the pop icon.
Their relationship ended in late 2004 when he chose to return to (and subsequently marry) his ex-girlfriend, and the lyrics of Clarkson's super-smash hit single "Behind These Hazel Eyes" are about him.
