A Semi-Hollow body similar to that of Tom's signature ES-333 including the fact that they both use Gibson Dirty Fingers Humbucking Pickups on the Body of their guitars. Also David plays through Mesa Boogie triple rectofier heads and matching cabs, when playing live. David uses Ernie Ball Guitar Strings. Also, the guitarist has been known to use a space echo effect.
