Beliefs

White racial preservation

Lane believes that the survival of the White Race is of paramount importance.[1] He believes Christianity is now a dirty religion, since it has been absorbed by non-whites.[1] Similarly, he believes pure white nations are the only way the white race can prevent miscegenation which will destroy the "beauty of White Aryan women".[1] He views the main impediment for white racial survival to be white race traitors and Jewish media domination.[1] It has been suggested that this article or section be merged with Caucasian race. ... It has been suggested that Anti-miscegenation laws be merged into this article or section. ...

Wotanism

Lane is a major proponent of Wotanism, inspired by an essay of the same name written by Jung. Lane has expressed derision for the Odinist religion which has rejected what they perceive as his attempt to appropriate their religion for political and racist ends. Lane explains his motivations: Wotanism is the name of a racial religion promulgated by David Lane. ... Carl Jungs autobiographical work Memories , Dreams, Reflections, Fontana edition Karl Jung redirects here. ... It has been suggested that Heathenry be merged into this article or section. ...

"So, I first chose the name Wotanism over Odinism. First because W.O.T.A.N. makes a perfect acronym for Will Of The Aryan Nation. Secondly because he was called Wotan on the European continent and only called Odin in Scandinavia. Therefore Wotan appeals to the genetic memory of more of our ancestors. And finally because a split had to be made with the game players, deceivers and universalists who had usurped the name Odin."[1]

Lane contributed to a book by Ron McVan called Creed of Iron - Wotansvolk Wisdom which the Odinic Rite claims was heavily plagiarized from The Book of Blotar.[2] The Odinic Rite (OR) is a Germanic pagan reconstructivist society whose aims are to promote all aspects of Germanic paganism, termed Odinism after the chief god of Norse mythology, Odin. ... The Book of Blotar is a book of rituals published by the Odinic Rite for the purposes of celebrating Odinism. ...

Wotansvolk and 14 Word Press are currently defunct organizations, no longer having mailing addresses or websites. The Temple of Wotan still exists, but the organization is no longer run by Lane or his associates and has distanced itself from racist and neo-nazi ideologies.[3] Based on letters written from prison to his supporters, Lane appears to remain committed to spreading his message through Wotanism, and it is unclear what his current relationship is with The Temple of Wotan.

Lane recently authored a short story entitled KD Rebel, a fictional account of a colony of Wotanists who live up in the mountains and kidnap young girls and women from urban areas and force them into polygamy as breeding stock. Lane strongly advocates polygamy as part of Wotanism.[4] The term polygamy (many marriages in late Greek) is used in related ways in social anthropology and sociobiology and sociology. ...

Lane's earliest possible release date from prison is March 29, 2035.
