David Lewis (October 19, 1916-December 11, 2000) was an American actor, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is best known for playing Edward Quartermaine on General Hospital, a role which he played from 1978 to 1993. He died in Woodland Hills, California, after a long illness.
